Additional guests allowed at $3 per each guest. Based on availability. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance & requires a $50 refundable deposit required. Payment is due prior to the beginning of the event. Upon completion of event, deposit is eligible for return. There will be no deposit refund should cleaning (beyond normal) be necessary by the RIAC staff. No refund of deposit if event is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.
