Ivan Crossland's life story serves as an inspiration to those whose obstacles seem too great to overcome.
He lost his father during the Great Depression when jobs & food were in short supply.
Afterward, to help support his mother, he quit school and went to work in the lead mines.
But when duty called, he signed up to serve our country on the frontlines of the Korean War.

Upon returning to the states, Ivan married the love of his life Virginia, a first generation Mexican-American.
With 6 sons and 4 daughters over the years, he began multiple businesses overcoming challenges and financial barriers.
Lovingly know as 'Red Iron'', Ivan Sr. started Crossland Construction in 1977 and well, the rest is history!

Ivan's optimism, integrity, work ethic and grit led to his business, community and family success.
His story became the embodiment of the American Dream!
